POSITION Crystal Fabricator / Applicator LOCATION Abu Dhabi / UAE The Client will arrange the work visa and relocation if not local PURPOSE OF THE POSITION The ideal candidate's primary focus is to apply Crystal and/or Stone Products to Fabrics, effectively providing aesthetic and luxurious appeal. The crystal applicator must also be capable of recognizing and resolving any problems that occur during the application process QUALIFICATIONS / LICENSES / SKILLS Fluent in English High school diploma or equivalent 2-3 years as a crystal applicator both manually and using machinery Good communication and ENGLISH and in ARABIC Flexibility to work odd hours Knowledge of different types of crystals and their quality Proven work experience as a crystal applicator on fabric or in a similar role Strong understanding of the crystal and fabric quality Proficiency working with various tools and materials related to crystal application Excellent attention to detail, ability to follow instructions and a commitment to quality Proven ability to uphold confidentiality and professionalism with high profile clients DUTIES Check materials and ensure they are suitable for the intended crystal application Prepare necessary surface preparation to ensure a professional finish Utilize the appropriate equipment and Implement safety precautions to achieve outstanding results Apply a different range of crystals to a variety of fabrics according to the design specification The ability to work quickly, and has a proven ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, precision and quality Maintain confidentiality and discretion on all client interactions Works effectively and cooperatively with other staff members to achieve expected results Monitor, sort, organize, clean, account and restock all the required supplies and necessary requisitions Maintain equipment and other tools used by ensuring their cleanliness and dust free Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor START DATE ASAP SALARY AED 3,000 - 5000 Tax Free in UAE (depending on experience) BENEFITS Shared Accommodation Meals Health Insurance One day per week off 30 days annual leave Ticket home every 2 years
